In-House Fabrication

Equipment is assembled and installed into racks then configured, and tested in our shop to make sure everything is defect-free before it arrives at your location. This also minimizes the amount of time needed to shut down the room for installation.

Installation

On-site field engineers arrive at your site to install all equipment, cables and connectors using best practices. The final run-through of the system with the customer and the system is handed over for use.

Documentation

Documentation including: touch panel control system source code, final engineering drawings, instruction manuals, equipment manuals, and list of equipment with serial numbers.

Training

Custom on-site training sessions to familiarize yourself with the new system.

Service agreements custom taylored to meet your needs and budget.

Telephone Support

Toll-free telephone technical support available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Submit service requests and immediate access to technical support technicians for basic troubleshooting. Advanced technical support engineers are available weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST, excluding Federal holidays.

Web Site and E-mail Support -

Submit and monitor service requests online. E-mail technical support. Submit service requests and same business day access to expert technical support engineers for basic and advanced troubleshooting.

On-Site Preventative Maintenance -

Gather and analyze system performance. Document any issues affecting the proper operation of the equipment. Initiate service request to address identified issues. Perform manufacturer recommended equipment maintenance and available updates. Perform minor repairs and adjustments when possible. Does not include provision of consumables.

On-Site Service -

On-site service labor to repair or replace defective parts.

Extended Warranties -

Replacement or repair defective equipment that is outside of the original manufacturer warranty.
